This elevator company’s renewals were through the ceiling before we got involved. They were looking at a 25% increase before they had enough and called us in for a second opinion. Our strategy and direction took what would’ve been a 25% increase and turned it into a 15% decrease from the prior year.
Before we were brought in, they were facing a 25% renewal increase for their fully-insured policy.
We stepped in and designed a plan budgeting for a maximum possible increase of 7%.
This group has also received a surplus refund in the form of a check for 4 straight years and counting since our plan was implemented.
